They might seem silly but they do really work! 😂 And I’m aware you won’t have the opportunity to do all of these all the time 😅 (seriously, don’t randomly start screaming in front of your lab mates) So I’ve tried to give you some options that can work in different situations 😃

Sleep might be one of the most important ones when trying to deal with your stress 😴 But I also understand it’s one of the most difficult things to try and force your body to do 😅 So, if you’re having trouble sleeping maybe try doing something quiet before bed 🛏️ Like reading or drawing 📚 Just to quiet your mind down a bit before trying to get some shut eye 💤

My personal favorite is dancing (or in my case doing some weird jerky movements) 🤣 Have you ever noticed how strained and stiff your body gets when you’re stressed? 🤔 Well… try literally shaking it up 🌪️ Just move around a bit, unfocus, and then go back to the task at hand 👩‍🔬 I guarantee you will feel (at least a little bit) better 😊
