I miss working out whenever it suits me 😂😂 is that a super strange thing to miss?? 😅 Maybe! But I think about this often 😆 Especially when I’m a little overstimulated at work and just need to go do something else for a while 🏋🏼‍♀️ The gym was always such a good place to run away to 🏃🏼‍♀️

And seeing as I worked so much during my PhD anyways 👩‍🔬 I was never worried about not working enough hours 😊 But in industry (or at least at my job) it’s a bit more strict on presence 🙋🏼‍♀️ But it also makes sense because you’re working with so many more people who rely on you being available between certain times 🤓

So I do my best to stay focused when I’m at work ⚡️ and most of the time I am very successful in this 😊 But I still have my moments when I want to run away for a bit 😂 I usually try and take a walk around our campus if that happens 🚶🏼‍♀️ it helps a bit! But it’s not the same as truly exercising 😅
