And I really do hope these things help you guys out a bit 😊 Cause PhDs can get so overwhelming and take over every part of your being it’s easy to forget or try to force away these feelings 🥺 But they’re legit feelings! And you’re allowed to feel them! ☺️ All the good and all the bad 🥹

And I can tell you that I’ve been there too! 🥹 Heck, sometimes I still feel like I’m there 😂 but I have gotten better at acknowledging my feelings and thoughts that I have 😊 Letting them happen and then try to move on 🤓 It’s not always easy… and the feelings do come back 🔂 but practice does help make dealing with them easier ☺️
