3. That you are unafraid to tackle complex and unsolved problems 😊
4. That you can remain motivated and persist through years of challenges 🤩
5. That you can think and work independently 😁
6. That you know how to innovate and develop new methods or models that others can use 😎
7. That you have achieved one of the highest academic achievements possible ⭐️
8. That you have performed and published science that can influence your field for decades ✨
9. That your opinions and expertise are credible and carry more weight in professional settings 😃
10. That you have tons of transferable skills like data analysis, lab work, writing, and presenting 👩‍🔬
