I FINALLY FINISHED MY PHD!!!! Like… REALLY REALLY FINISHED EVERYTHING!!! 🤩 The laptop is officially gone 💻 and it’s a really bittersweet moment 🥹 I got that laptop 7 years ago when I first started my PhD 🤓 and it stuck by my through all the highs and lows of that process 🧬

So even though I defended 11 months ago 🎓 and my PhD contract ended over 20 months ago 🙈 and I’ve been working as a scientist in industry for over a year now 👩‍🔬 I’ve just gotten to the point where I can say I AM ACTUALLY DONE!!! 🥳

I’ve been working to get my last article published in the year since I graduated 🍾 which meant I still spent a lot of weekends writing and working on PhD related things 👩‍💻 But since that’s been published I’m actually all said and done 🤩 I think this weekend I need to celebrate 🥂
