This happens to me SO often 😅 Mostly on Fridays 😂 I’ll sit down all determined to finish that last little bit of work 🤓 and my brain just goes NOPE I’m done for the day 🙈 And then I just sit there trying to convince myself to get those final sentences typed… but nothing is coming out 😅

Sometimes I wonder if pushing through is actually productive 🤔 Probably not 😂 It just wastes time writing something that won’t even make sense tomorrow 🙃 But I just want to stripe that last item off my to do list and go into the weekend free 🕊️

So I’m curious, what do you guys do when this happens? 🤔 Do you force yourself through the brain fog 😶‍🌫️ Or do you give yourself permission to rest and try again tomorrow? 🥰 I feel like this is such a universal PhD thing 👩‍🔬 but everyone handles it differently 😇 So share your tips! 😊 I need them 😂
