I turn 32 today and birthdays have a way of slowing me down and making me reflect. When I entered my 30s, I made a quiet promise to myself: to always have enough brain space to stay mindful, stay grateful, stay creative, and stay calm. I wanted my 30s to feel less about chasing and more about creating room to breathe.

Looking back, year 31 was a step forward in that direction. I learned how to pause before reacting, to stay grounded in my values, and to give less f*cks about the things that don’t truly matter. I’ve been more intentional about where my energy goes — more of it toward God, the people that matter and the things that matter.

As I enter 32, I feel more centered and at peace with who I’m becoming. Thank you to everyone who made the past year special. ❤️‍🔥
