as a first-gen woman in engineering, it’s easy to feel like you constantly have to prove you belong & to tie performance to your identity.

if something doesn’t go well, it feels like proof you never belonged in the first place.

for so long, I worried about people thinking less of me if I failed.

now I’m learning to detach from outcomes.

to focus on the process.
to build from abundance, not scarcity.
