## Caption

Started fitness coaching back in 2014. What began as helping people get fitter quickly turned into something that I never expected… schools, government agencies and companies started inviting me to give talks, and that’s where I discovered the power of public speaking.

At first, I was nervous. But every stage, every talk, every chance to share made me more comfortable and more confident. Eventually, I learned to enjoy speaking in public. Here we are 11 years later and still doing what we love. 🫶🏽
