day in my life as a computer engineering major in Chicago 🤍

I’ve been taking 18 credits almost every semester, balancing content with amazing brand, applying to internships, and still trying to stay on top of my classes…and the biggest thing that’s helped me is treating my weekdays like a 9-5. Especially as a commuter!! I like blocking out deep work sessions when my brain is the most alert (for me that’s always the morning) and I try to get the hardest tasks done before the day gets chaotic. If I’m already downtown for class and don’t have anything planned, I’ve been staying after to finish my homework so that when I get home I can actually rest without guilt.

This day ended up being super productive, and I even discovered a new study spot I’m definitely going back to loveee the dark academia vibes 🙂‍↕️🤞
