Last night, I was late night scrolling and saw these ladies do this killer workout and I had to try. I’ve never been so humbled and was cracking up as I peed myself BUT the burn is real and I had so much fun!! I love this workout!! You have to try and tell me how you like it! Also, remember not to take yourself too seriously 😜😜
