1 minute running - 2 minutes walking X 8 🏃‍♂️ 

This is day one of a 14 week plan, so a relatively easy start but WOWZA did I love it 😍 I bounced around my area literally dancing and singing my head off to Steps 🪩 and you know what I needed that. 

Best thing I’ve done for myself all year 😊
