Whole-wheat Pasta with Spinach & Ricotta Cheese 

🔖 ingredients:
- Whole wheat Spaghetti 
- Fresh Spinach
- Ricotta Cheese 
- Olive Oil 
- Salt & Pepper 
- Fresh Garlic
- Garlic powder 

Direction:
Boil some water then add salt and pasta, cook for 7 to 9 minutes 
On medium heat , add olive oil and fresh garlic to your skillet cook for one minute then add Fresh spinach , cook 4 minutes then add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Turn off the heat then add your ricotta cheese, mix well with spinach then add your cooked pasta . Toss it with two spoon of the pasta water
