Today I was blessed to be invited to attend Self-Care Sunday with 5xfest . The event was truly a memorable experience where many powerful women came together to discuss topics about mental wellbeing. I was able to meet many terrific women within the community who inspire me and motivate me to be the best version of myself possible. The 3 Ps explained today’s event perfectly: Peaceful, Powerful, and Positive 🤍

I also got to meet the one and only neetugarcha . Neetu is truly one of my biggest inspirations, I remember growing up and watching her on Global News and every time she would be on air - I would ALWAYS have the biggest smile on my face. Seeing South Asian Women reach such success and break down barriers makes my heart so full. 

I would like to say a great big thank you to harpomander - as you are truly one of the greatest souls I have met. You are a role model, friend, guider, and most importantly a Didi to all brown girls 🩷
