The best advice I could give to a new stillborn mom during the holidays.
Every grief journey is different… mine won’t look like yours. One thing that stays the same is this: set boundaries for yourself. Those boundaries can change from day to day, and that’s okay.

Be honest with your family and friends this Christmas. It’s okay to say no to anything that feels too heavy while grieving a baby 💔

Do you want to answer questions?
Hold someone else’s newborn?
Attend a big family gathering?
