This studio has been on my heart for a long time… a space built around high-intensity, low-impact Lagree (my true obsession), with dedicated space for hot yoga and sculpt to round out a strong, balanced routine. πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I wanted to create a beautiful, boutique studio that stays true to the real Lagree method with intentional movement, proper instruction, and helping people feel confident and capable in their bodies. And honestly, I wanted to build a place where community actually means something. We’ll be partnering with local female-owned businesses and hosting fun monthly events because connection matters just as much as the workout. The past two years of my own mental and physical health journey changed me. Lagree was the reset that brought me back to clarity, balance, and strength in every sense. It completely shifted how I look at fitness. Over the last year I went deeper, earned my Level 2 Lagree certification, fell even more in love with the method and met some amazing mentors along the way. I’m so excited to add incredibly talented instructors to the team who share that same passion.
