Today is my conversation with our consultant Mike Linn.  His background of 25 years with UCLA gymnasts as the Athletic Performance training coach and current work with club gymnastics teams is very insightful.  He prepares athletes to be fit and strong which impacts their results each season.  I also recommend hiring Mike to give the athlete a step up day one when they report to their college teams.
