Another year is wrapping up, and let me tell you, I’m overwhelmed. But in the best way possible. 2024 has been a year of growth — huge, messy, beautiful growth. From healing through some tough health challenges, tackling my anxiety (and, drumroll please, getting my driver’s licence again after not driving for 10 years), to saying yes to the things that made me uncomfortable… this year has been all about rediscovering who I am. Honestly? I barely recognize myself — in the best way!

As I sit here reflecting, I’m filled with so much gratitude for what this year has brought. But let’s talk about 2025… Oh, boy. It’s PACKED, and just the thought of it makes me want to cry tears of joy (and maybe mild panic). I’ll admit, there were moments when I feared I had lost everything while I was sick, that I’d never fully bounce back. But let me tell you, not only am I back — I’m better!

As I step into 2025, I’m committed to continuing this journey of working on myself — my health, my mind, my heart. And my prayer is that this year is incredible for me, for us, and most importantly, for YOU.

Here’s to a year of possibilities, surprises, and lots of uncomfortable, beautiful growth!
