It sounds contradictory for your girl, right? 😂

I mean, I love people. I love the energy, the conversations, and the connections. Most of you see me as the social one, the one who’s always “on.”

But the truth is, I’m an extrovert who recharges in total silence. I get overstimulated quickly, and as much as I adore the crowd, my “cup” only fills back up when I’m alone.

Decompressing isn’t a luxury for me … it’s a necessity so I can show up as my best self for the people in my circle! 🫶🏼

Is anyone else a social butterfly who secretly dreams of the exit sign? 🙈😆
