JH Consulting is a personal advising business that helps athletes and families navigate the college recruiting journey with clarity and confidence.

We work with athletes across multiple sports and have helped hundreds of families successfully find the right college fit — with an 80%+ success rate.

Our goal isn’t to speak for athletes.

It’s to prepare them to represent themselves to college coaches.

That means helping them understand the process, communicate effectively, and make smart decisions along the way.

We consult on a wide range of topics with both parents and athletes, including:

• Recruiting strategy
• Navigating injuries
• The transfer portal
• Adjusting to college athletics
• Communicating with coaches

And our work doesn’t stop once an athlete commits.

We continue to advise:
• Parents with athletes already in college
