What a night in Beverly Hills! History was made as Dr. Sharona R. Nazarian officially stepped into her role as the city’s first female Jewish / Iranian mayor. The energy at the Wallis Annenberg Center was electric! full of pride, hope, and excitement for what’s ahead.

During her speech, Mayor Nazarian shared her personal journey and the meaning this milestone holds, not just for her, but for our entire community. She spoke from the heart about inclusivity, honoring our cultural roots, and moving the city forward with intention and unity.

Her words truly hit home. You could feel the crowd’s connection to her vision. A Beverly Hills that’s more connected, diverse, and future-minded than ever. From mental health initiatives to social media innovation, and uplifting local businesses and leaders, she’s got big plans that are both inspiring and necessary.
