It truly is a ritual of mine as I indulge in their culinary magic every Sunday! Seeing the familiar faces of the staff and the community make up a wonderful day. Owned by the Hillstone Group, who are also behind concepts like Honor Bar, Houston’s, and R+D. South Beverly Grill benefits from a legacy of exceptional standards. The restaurant features hand picked wines that pair elegantly with its menu. Plus, their cocktail game is on point, think perfect cosmos and inventive gin concoctions and of course the perfect classic (Re-chilled) martini. Top Dishes I Can’t Live Without … To start the deviled eggs or the artichoke when in season never disappoint! Simple, elegant starters that awaken the palate. For main course, Thai Tuna Roll: A Hillstone cult classic, crisp, fresh, and bursting with flavor in every bite. French Dip Sandwich: Juicy perfection that defines comfort dining dipped in Au Jus. BBQ Ribs: Fall off the bone, rich, and smoky. Filet Mignon: Perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth tenderness, and always spot on temperature.
