🎉 I’ll never get tired of the moment when it clicks:

YES!! That’s the turning point for so many women I work with and speak to. 

They’ve been told: Apply. Apply. Apply. It’s a numbers game. Volume. Use Easy Apply. You’ll catch a break eventually.

But that strategy doesn’t pan out the way we think it does. 

It gets you ignored. Overlooked. Burnt out.

The goal here isn’t to get every recruiter or hiring manager’s attention, but rather to position yourself as the obvious solution to the right ones. 

And when you do that, something happens. 

The game shifts. The strategy changes. And the results follow. 

I call it strategic positioning.

Strategic positioning is what makes your experience click when it is not necessarily what they expected.
