## Caption

Baked lemon butter fish, using Swai fillets, a super affordable white fish. 

Swai fillets 
1/3 stick of butter
Zest of 1 lemon 
Lemon juice 
1 tsp salt 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp paprika
(Salt & pepper for sprinkling) 
*bake at 400 for 12 minutes, add butter at the 6 minute mark. Broil for more color.
