3 tbsp sofrito 
1 tbsp oregano 
2 tbsp adobo 
1/2 tbsp black pepper 
1 tbsp soy sauce 
1 tbsp sour orange (or 1 lime)
1/2 red onion 
1/2 bell pepper 
3 tbsp oil 
2 tsp sugar 
1/2 chicken bouillon cube
2+2+1 cup of water 
Total cooking time:
5m+45m+30m+15m =95 m (1 hour & 35 minutes)
