1 lb cooked spaghetti #8
(reserve 2-3 cups of pasta water)
2 cups cubed salami
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp sofrito
2/3 of a chicken bouillon cube
3 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 cubanelle pepper
1 red onion
1 tbsp olives
fresh cilantro
1/2 cup mayo
*optional parmesan cheese
