3 tbsp oil 
2 tbsp chicken bouillon 
1 tbsp garlic powder 
1 tsp cumin 
1 tsp sazon (for color) 
1 tbsp oregano 

corn salad: (chopped) 
1 cup cherry tomatoes 
1/2 red onion 
1 bunch of cilantro (palm sized) 
1 can of drained corn 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp black pepper 
2 tsp salt 
2 tbsp olive oil 
1/2 lemon 

Sauce:
Cilantro 
3 tbsp olive oil 
1 tbsp minced garlic 
2 tsp all purpose seasoning (I use badia)
1/3 cup water 
1/2 lemon 
1 tsp sugar 
Dash of hot sauce 
Dash of salt
