1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp adobo
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp low sodium-soy sauce
1 tbsp worcesterschire sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 cups water (added to seasoning bowl)
1 yellow onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
