1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp butter
10 cloves minced garlic 
1 tsp ginger paste
½ tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water + more to taste
3 tbsp sugar
Corn starch slurry 
(1 tsp corn starch + 2 tsp water)
2 cups cooked broccoli
