wow, starting Q2 with 20K. 
I’m genuinely grateful for every follow, save, share, every DM that starts with “my doctor never explained it like that.”

🌸 Spring equinox is about renewal — new growth, and showing up differently. And yes, that includes showing up in wearfigs sunrise pink scrubs just because 🌸

This felt like the right moment to reintroduce myself to anyone just finding this space.

I’m Dr. Njeri Kuria, a physician and cardiology trainee (soon-to-be interventional cardiologist). I’ve seen firsthand what uncontrolled risk factors ultimately  lead to in the cath lab. That image doesn’t leave you. It’s exactly why I show up here.

The No. 1 ki//er of women (esp Black Women) is heart disease, and this space exists to change that narrative — one post at a time. 

New season, new quarter, same mission — just a bigger community.
