Marry Me Chicken meatballs, over rice, combined with pasta, over mashed potatoes, this recipe HITS! 

2 lbs ground chicken 
6 minced garlic cloves 
1/2 cup panko 
1 beaten egg 
1 tbsp Italian seasoning 
1 tbsp onion powder 
2 tbsp salt 
2 tbsp paprika 
Handful of shredded parmesan cheese 
Marry me sauce -
3 tbsp butter 
4 minced garlic cloves 
1 shallot / or 1/2 of a red onion 
Handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced 
1/3 cup of sun dried tomatoes + 2 tbsp of it’s oil 
1 tbsp Italian seasoning 
2 cups heavy cream 
2 tbsp tomato paste 
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp better than bouillon Vegetable
1 bag of fresh spinach 
1/2 cup chicken stock
