the restaurant was elcielowashington DC, the first Colombian restaurant in history to earn a Michelin Star. not just once, consecutively, every year since 2021. the space felt like walking into an experience. warm, intimate, sophisticated. the kind of room that quietly reminds you to be more intentional about where you go.
