5 medium yellow potatoes 
3 tablespoons unsalted butter 
1 pint of heavy cream 
2 tsp salt 
1 tsp black pepper 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp onion powder 
1 tsp paprika 
1 cup mild cheddar cheese 
1/2 cup mozzarella (I used smoked mozzarella for extra oomph)
