Ahhh I shot an updated home tour with one of my dream platforms and can’t wait for it to come out, but in the meantime, here is a little photo tour 🤭🥰

Not pictured are the guest bedroom and bathrooms, and the detached guest house that I rent out which by the way 👀☝🏽when I have a tenant (I don’t always but most times) the rent I get makes the out of pocket cost of my monthly mortgage only $800 more than my old loft which is so wild to me. I just wanted to share that for anyone thinking about homes with ADU’s lol 🙏🏾
