Attended Flocksgiving 2025 (thank you @omosblack and @greygoose) beautiful people, beautiful energy, and I loved this dress 👗 @fashionnova . It reminded me how important it is for ambitious women to stay in our femininity. So, here’s how:

1. Babe🩷… you don’t have to be the strong one every day. Let people pour into you. Let him open the door. Let your friends help. Let someone else carry something for once. You are not a soldier.

2. Calm down and stop trying to control everything. I love that you’re ambitious, but you can’t relax if you’re supervising the whole world. Delegate. Say, “You got it, I trust you.” you don’t need to manage everything.

3. Listen sis…we’re not arguing with people. Not every comment deserves your voice. Not every tone deserves a reaction. You’re allowed to walk away and say, “This isn’t worth my peace.” Choose your battles like a woman who knows her worth, not a girl trying to prove something.

4. You don’t have to be everywhere or available to everybody. I know you love showing up, but baby, your time is precious. Stop giving everybody access to you. Rest. Sit down somewhere. Let your absence speak sometimes.

5. Take care of your body AND your spirit. Move your body with love…Pilates, stretching, long walks, slow mornings, but also nourish your spirit. Get in your Bible. Talk to Jesus.

6. Confidence comes from who you are, not just how you look. Yes, keep the perfume, but the real confidence comes from consistency. Keep your promises to yourself. Finish what you start. Show up for you.

7. Life is not meant to be all grind, baby. Pour into your own joy first: dance in your kitchen, go on dates, try new hobbies, etc 

8. Don’t chase anyone. Don’t beg for energy. But also don’t let hurt harden you. Let love in when it’s safe. Let people show up for you.

9. You’re a natural leader but feminine women know when to lean back. You don’t have to dominate every conversation. Let your man lead. Let God lead all the time.

10. Girl, take care of your nervous system. Don’t let rooms, men, or friends stress you out. An over-worked nervous system is not healthy.
