If you’ve ever been afraid of making oxtail, bake them! 

Ingredients 

3 lbs oxtails
2 tbsp garlic paste
2tbsp sofrito
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp adobo
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oil (I used Achiote oil)
2 tbsp tomato paste 
1/2 red bell pepper 
1/2 cubanelle pepper (or green bell)
1/2 red onion 
Bunch of fresh cilantro 
Hot sauce to taste
2 oz cognac or any dark liquor 
1-2 cups of water
