These wings are so good, I’m not even making a whole turkey this year! 

3 lbs turkey wings 
1 tbsp garlic paste 
2 tbsp sofrito 
2 tbsp all purpose seasoning (adobo)
1 tbsp black pepper 
1 orange seasoning packet 
1 tbsp Maggi Jugo
1 tbsp sour orange (or 1 lime) 
2 tbsp oil 
1 diced yellow onion 
Diced bell peppers
