This stew chicken gravy over fluffy white rice can cure the seasonal scaries. just saying. (video filmed in October of 2024. look how little Chelsea was 🥹).

3 lbs chicken 
2 tbsp sofrito 
2 tbsp garlic paste 
5-6 olives + the juice 
1 tbsp @badiaspices all purpose seasoning 
1/2 tbsp black pepper 
1 tsp cumin 
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
1 medium yellow onion 
1 bell pepper 
5 small potatoes / or 3 medium 
Baby carrots ;)
2 chicken bouillon cubes 
1 cup diced tomatoes 
1/2 cup tomato sauce 
2 cups water 
Cilantro 
1 tbsp sugar
