Day Three of the ExcelerateHer excelerateher Leadership Summit and I’m still in awe.

It’s been amazing spending time with my beautiful team of women leaders and three of our women VPs, women I deeply admire in big tech, but I also got to hear one of them deliver a powerful talk on artificial intelligence. She spoke about the importance of learning AI, making sure our communities stay informed, and ensuring technology doesn’t evolve past us. It was impactful, timely, and deeply necessary.

I was also happy to see alenciajohnson and kellimcoleman and connect with angelarye brilliant women who continue to lead with purpose and power.

We had an unforgettable conversation with Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, and the entire day reminded me why I do what I do.

For context: the ExcelerateHer Leadership Summit is an invite-only gathering of powerhouse women from board directors and C-suite executives to entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators. It’s centered on business, wealth, and wellness, and it’s intentionally designed to create space for high-level dialogue, growth, and connection.

I’m traveling for work this week as VIP guest, and I’m so grateful to my company for the opportunity. Even more grateful to be here with an amazing team of women leaders I respect and admire.

God continues to open doors, and I know it’s bigger than me. We’ve got work to do, to lift as we climb, to inspire, and to create space for those coming next.
