🌸Hey Pilates Besties: don’t skip your practice just because you’re on vacation. Here’s how I kept it consistent while on holiday. I booked a private Pilates session at the @viceroyrivieramaya. This hotel is stunning (full review coming soon) and has been awarded a MICHELIN Key ✨which is a rare honor given to only a select few hotels worldwide for offering a truly exceptional stay.

My instructor was incredible, and let me just say… mat Pilates is so much harder than it looks 🌸✨🥹 But I love being able to practice around the world and pour into my body wherever I go.

So grateful for this one-on-one moment in such a beautiful place.
