## Caption

Sometimes I grate in 2 garlic cloves, or I’ll finely chop cilantro and add it in (when I’m feeling fancy) but this is THE red onion vinaigrette everyone loves! Let the vinaigrette sit for 30 minutes so the onions can absorb the flavor 😋 

1/2 large red onion 
2/3 cup of white vinegar 
2 salad & vegetable seasoning packets (the g0y@ brand)
1/2 tsp salt 
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
