## Caption

Great for meal preps, freezing and my classic recipes! I use the dry ground beef for Pastelon and pastelito fills, stuffed peppers, over rice, and bowls. And the saucy ground beef for lasagna and other pasta bakes! 

(For 8 lbs - double these ingredients!) 
2-3 lbs of ground beef, turkey or chicken
1 yellow onion
1 bell pepper
2 tbsp olives 
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp sofrito
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups pasta sauce @ragu Meat Flavored sauce
