cousin, this easy baked chicken recipe hits every time, but, my garlicky-cilantro mayo takes it over the top! we put this sauce on everything! 

3 lbs chicken
1 tbsp garlic powder 
1 tbsp paprika 
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning 
3 tbsp avocado oil 
Bake @ 375 for 50 mins 

1 bunch fresh cilantro 
8 garlic cloves 
qtr of a white or yellow onion 
4 tbsp olive oil 
4 tbsp mayonnaise 
1 capful of vinegar 
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
