She didn’t have “typical” chest pain — just dizziness and extreme fatigue.

⚡️ Risk factors: postmenopausal, history of gestational diabetes —> diabetes,  gestational HTN x 2 pregnancies
.
I love this work— carrying the privilege of caring for women who remain underrepresented in CV research, underdiagnosed in clinical settings and their symptoms underestimated for too long.

Every case reminds me how much work we still have to do — and how meaningful it is to change that. 🫀
