In case you don't know, I grew up in Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai! As much as I love my island life in the south, I will always have a special place in my heart for the Northern Thailand😁

5 simple reasons why you will love it here ⬇️

- The food. Omg. The food. 
- The unique culture
- The mountainous beauty
- The people (we are very fun to hang out with ahehe)
- The affordability (as someone who has lived in both regions, southern thailand is a scam😂💸) 

Ps. We have something called 'smoky season' during Jan-Mar which is a time when the air quality gets really bad from farm burning. So, you might wanna avoid this period.
