Honestly sometimes I feel so lazy when it comes to taking care of my curls 😭 it’s a struggle having to remember so many steps! But here are the BENEFITS to the things that I hate doing.

👩🏼‍🦲 Bonnet at night: this will protect your curls from friction on your bed sheet/pillows. It will help prevent frizz and help maintain shine.
🫧 Deep Conditioning: doing this once a week will help your curls stay hydrated and moisturized. This prevents breakage and will help your hair grow in a healthy way!
✨ Rotating hair products: trying new products will help you learn more about your hair and it will also give your hair a break from your every week products ( which your curls may grow used to and they will be less effective ).
