If you want to grow.. know how to do it!! 

Even some of the best athletes on the planet started some form of exercise early on in their lives. I was lifting since I was 12. 
It's been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and guess what.. I'm gonna keep on doing it! 
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.. getting stronger takes consistency and effort to go further.
