Even I have to admit.. this was pretty wild! 😜😆💪🏽💪🏽😎😎But then again, I think at this point, my clients expect something different from me on any given day. 
I wouldn't be "Storm" if i did the same thing all the time. 

The way I see it, a workout should not only be tailored to the client but should also be slightly challenging. Challenge brings about growth both physically and mentally! 

It's a natural habit to think you can't do something if you've never done it before.
But the feeling of accomplishment is that much sweeter when u do it!!

Get it done!!
