Sunday meal for hubby! 🥰

He said he didn't want gumbo, but I had an incling to do something with shrimp. So I just tweaked it a bit and used jasmine brown rice. No chicken and changed up some of the veggies by adding brussel sprouts. I think it may still be a type of gumbo.. Just a different region! 😜
He's had 2 bowls of it already! 😁☺️
