Are candidates prompt injecting resumes to get AI-powered Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to notice them?

Yes, but they don’t necessarily work if there’s a human in the loop at some point and it will probably backfire against you.

Sometimes prompt injecting or hacking isn’t necessarily done to steal information, but rather alter the behavior of a system, and in this case, social engineer AI.

If you’re desperate, maybe trying to hack the system is not the best idea and if you’re building AI, assume all inputs are hostile
